Free Community Celebration

At 11am, live stage performances begin at Edmonds Center for the Arts, with performances by Mak Fai Lion Dance, demonstrations from NW Wushu Academy, and a breakdancing with Massive Monkees. Lunar New Year Market, in partnership with the City of Edmonds

Join us for the Lunar New Year Market in partnership with the City of Edmonds! This vibrant celebration will take place on Saturday, February 1st, 2025, from 10 AM to 3 PM at Edmonds Civic Center Park (310 6th Avenue North, Edmonds, WA). Enjoy a unique cultural experience with local vendors, a Tea and Go Game Garden, and interactive activities sponsored by Jaiya and the Seattle Go Center. Perfect for families and friends, this event promises food, art, and community fun to welcome the Lunar New Year. Admission is free—don’t miss out!

Year of the Snake Evening Event
Enjoy an evening of drinks, chef-driven small bites, prizes, live music, and a gallery talk. Local celebrity chefs will offer appetizers. Trombonist and composer Greg Kramer, along with DJ MizRhi will provide sounds throughout the evening. Cascadia curator David Martin plans to give a talk highlighting the museum’s special Lunar New Year exhibit.
